首席执行官 Chief Executive Officer 沈少波先生 Mr.Shen Shaobo
拥有四川大学 金融学学士学位、上海交通大学 金融硕士学位，正在就读新加坡国立大学 中文EMBA课程。2013年起从事投资银行及咨询业务，曾任国泰君安证券（601211.SH）投资银行部执行董事、东方证券（600958.SH）投资银行部资深业务总监，兴业证券（601377.SH）投资银行部项目经理。于2023年创办WOODFIRE，拥有丰富的IPO、并购、再融资等股权类资本市场经验，擅长并购撮合、战略投资人引入、市场渠道拓展、股权架构梳理等财务顾问类咨询业务。
Mr. Shen Shaobo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sichuan University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is currently pursuing an EMBA program at the National University of Singapore. Since 2013, he has been engaged in investment banking and consulting. He previously served as Executive Director in the Investment Banking Department of Guotai Junan Securities (601211.SH), Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking Department of Orient Securities (600958.SH), and Project Manager in the Investment Banking Department of Industrial Securities (601377.SH).
In 2023, Mr. Shen founded WOODFIRE. He possesses extensive experience in equity capital markets, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancing. His expertise lies in M&A advisory, introducing strategic investors, market channel development, and optimizing equity structures in financial advisory consulting.
